Office Manager
Position Objectives:
To create, implement, manage, and coach teams and systems relating to the operations and financial success of Kim Orthodontics.
Responsibilites (includes but not limited to):
- Hire, interview, train, and assign new team members as needed
- Perfom regularly scheduled performance reviews for all team members
- Coach all team members to improve performance as indicated
- Develop and implement new techniques and systems to improve customer service, improve efficiencies, and reduce costs
- Monitor all communication to ensure the highest quality of service is being provided
- Be available to all teams as backup support
- Participate and make suggestions during Strategy Meetings
- Planning and executing growth retreats for teams
- Report on all measures of success for all teams
- Report on financial analytics
- Google Calendar shift schedule
- Office Schedule
- Coordinate and be present in the office for vendors and repair people
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of management experience
- Bachelors Degree or higher
- Friendly and professional demeanor
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Able to comfortably and effectively communicate with team members and patients
- A postive can-do attitude with a desire to learn
- Ability to multi-task and apply critical thinking
- Strong computer skills
