Office Manager

Position Objectives:

To create, implement, manage, and coach teams and systems relating to the operations and financial success of Kim Orthodontics. 

Responsibilites (includes but not limited to):

  • Hire, interview, train, and assign new team members as needed 
  • Perfom regularly scheduled performance reviews for all team members 
  • Coach all team members to improve performance as indicated 
  • Develop and implement new techniques and systems to improve customer service, improve efficiencies, and reduce costs 
  • Monitor all communication to ensure the highest quality of service is being provided 
  • Be available to all teams as backup support 
  • Participate and make suggestions during Strategy Meetings 
  • Planning and executing growth retreats for teams 
  • Report on all measures of success for all teams 
  • Report on financial analytics 
  • Google Calendar shift schedule 
  • Office Schedule 
  • Coordinate and be present in the office for vendors and repair people

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience
  • Bachelors Degree or higher
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Reliable, punctual, and responsible
  • Able to comfortably and effectively communicate with team members and patients
  • A postive can-do attitude with a desire to learn
  • Ability to multi-task and apply critical thinking
  • Strong computer skills
