Call Center Agent
We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Team.
Position:
- BPO Call Center Agent
Main Responsibilities:

answer the phone
-
scheduling appointments
-
correspond with patients via phone, text message,
and email

answer treatment-related questions
-
ensure all appointment slots have been filled
-
ensure all metrics are achieved on a daily,
weekly, and monthly basis
Available Shifts:
-
Shift 1: Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Shift 2: Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun from
Location:
- Cebu IT Park
Compensation:
- $5.00 per hour
Qualifications:
- must have a minimum of 2 years call center experience

must be fluent in English with no accent
-
must be pleasant-sounding and easy to understand
on the phone

must have a high proficiency in reading and writing in English

must be able to type quickly and accurately (60
wpm or greater)

must be able to work at consistently high-levels without mistakes
-
must have a good grasp of computers and
technology
-
