Position Details

• Guide new patients from initial consultation to the start of orthodontic treatment

• Discuss treatment options

• Establish treatment schedules and prepare financial arrangements

• Understand and explain orthodontic insurance plans

• Understand and explain various flex plan arrangements

• Prepare, draft, and manage consultation reports and progress

• Prepare and draft preliminary treatment plan for doctors to review

• Take orthodontic images and 3D scans

Qualifications

• High school degree or higher

• Minimum of 2 years of work experience

• Previous sales or customer service experience

• Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred but not required

Schedule

• 4 Days per week

• 2 Saturdays per month

• Will be based at both Ala Moana and Pearlridge locations
