Chat / Text Agent

We are looking for exceptional individuals to join our Team.

 

Position:

-          BPO Non-Voice Chat / Text Support Agent

 

Main Responsibilities:

-          correspond with patients via chat, text message, and email

-          scheduling deliveries of Invisalign or retainers

-          manage patient's online account

-          answer patient's inquiries and treatment-related questions like fit issues, schedules etc.

-          process payments

-          ensure all metrics are achieved on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

 

Available Shifts:

-          Shift 1:   Wed, Thurs, Fri, and Sat from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM

-          Shift 2:   Sun, Mon, Tues, and Wed from 2:00 AM to 12:00 PM

 

Location:

-          Cebu IT Park

 

Compensation:

-          $5.00 per hour

 

Qualifications:

  • must have a minimum of 2 years call center experience
  • must be able to type quickly and accurately (60 wpm or greater)
  • must have patience and passion in learning new things
  • must be fluent in English with no accent (clear communication skills)
  • must have a pleasant personality (not rude to customers)
  • must have a great work ethic and a willingness to do what needs to be done.
  • must have a high proficiency in reading and writing in English
  • must be able to work at consistently high-levels without mistakes
  • must have a good grasp of computers and technology
