Office Manager For Orthodontic Office
Position Objectives:
To create, implement, manage, and coach teams and systems relating to the operations and financial success of Kim Orthodontics.
Responsibilities (includes but not limited to):
Hire, interview, train, and assign new team members as needed
Perform regularly scheduled performance reviews for all team members
Coach all team members to improve performance as indicated
Develop and implement new techniques and systems to improve customer service, improve efficiencies, and reduce costs
Monitor all communication to ensure the highest quality of service is being provided
Be available to all teams as backup support
Participate and make suggestions during Strategy Meetings
Planning and executing growth retreats for teams

Ability to multi-task and apply critical thinking
Strong computer skills
